Report undetected differences
If there are differences that were not correctly detected by the scan, you can report them to the support team.

Available to all users and guests.
Plan:
Available in all plans
If there are differences between the design and the screenshot that are not marked with pins, please report them to the support team. By reporting these issues, the support team can investigate the cause and improve the scan accuracy.
The submitted data will only be used for the purpose of improving scan accuracy and will not be disclosed to external parties.
How to Report
If you find an area with differences but no pin, please report it using the following method:
Click
Report Undetected Errors
at the bottom right of the scan results screen.
The cursor will change to comment mode. Click the area where the pin is missing.
Describe the undetected difference. Providing detailed information will greatly assist in the investigation.
Click the
Report
button to send your report.
Please note that individual responses to reports are not provided.
